With nearly two decades of experience focused on the planning, development, and commercialization of sports-anchored real estate, with particular expertise in ice hockey facilities, Roberto is a passionate sports development executive and strategic advisor. Since 2008, he has worked with developers, property owners, operators, and investment groups to advance projects from initial concept and feasibility through business planning, programming, capital strategy, sponsorship, tenant integration, and operational development.
As CXO of Impact Sports Growth Partners, Roberto is focused on bridging the gap between communities and the sports infrastructure they need to grow, compete, and thrive. He works to align community demand with viable development opportunities, helping ownership groups create facilities that serve athletes, families, institutions, and surrounding commercial districts.
Roberto helps position sports facilities as high-frequency, year-round anchors capable of activating real estate, generating recurring visitation, strengthening adjacent retail and hospitality uses, and supporting broader mixed-use development objectives.
